She has 10 years' experience working with city magazines in Hong Kong, and launched Liv in October last year to cater to a growing demand from the city's wellness community for news and information about Hong Kong's health scene.
After a successful career as an elite trainer in Australia - Alex set his sights on developing niche concepts in the expanding Asian marketplace.
He is committed to creating new gateway concepts for women to enter previously male-dominated fitness arenas.

Karen Holt is the certified holistic health & wellness coach, RYT 200 Yoga teacher and writer behind the Hong Kong based wellness brand, The Health Seed, a concept based on conscious training and conscious living.
Karen takes the experience from years working in fashion retail in marketing, brand management and business strategy and applies that knowledge to The Health Seed Concept. After experiencing the stresses of corporate life, Karen works towards showing her clients how to work towards achieving inward balance in their lives.
Sonalie Figueiras' mission in life is to make it easy for consumers and businesses to make green choices every day using smart data. Sonalie is the founder of Ekowarehouse, the first global B2B platform for certified organic products. She is also the founder and publisher of Green Queen, Hong Kong’s most popular healthy living online platform and the organizer of #StockYourStore.
Steven Wu’s goal is to inspire people to eat healthier through his restaurants and to become their own superheroes through his new platform initiative. His restaurant concepts Locofama and Sohofama aims to prove that when it comes to eating healthy food, you shouldn’t have to sacrifice in tastiness, and choices should not only be limited to vegetarian focused menus. His newest concept Supafood is dedicated to bringing healthy fast food to everyone, making it more affordable, convenient and delicious at the same time.
Having established the pan-regional, cross media platform AMP (Asia’s Music Platform) for Channel [V], Justin has been focused on the live music scenes of the territory. He is a co-founder of Magnetic Asia (www.magneticasia.com) whom run the annual Clockenflap Music & Arts festival in Hong Kong and further brands including YourMum (a regular touring series), www.ticketflap.com, Sonar Hong Kong and more.
Undertaking studies in advanced music production from registered trainers in Sydney as well as mentoring from Ableton Certified Trainer, Simon Stokes (Soma Records) in the UK has lead to his debut release on well known house label Cutting Records (NY), which was released globally in 2014. He is also the Co-founder & Creative Director of Sol Passion Music, Hong Kong’s leading DJ & Music Production School.
Lily Ng, CEO of Foodie Group Limited, is no stranger to building fast growing businesses and charting new frontiers. Prior to her current role to lead Foodie’s transformation, Lily has built an impressive career in the hospitality and real estate sectors. She was the President of Caesars Global Living Asia at Caesars Entertainment Corporation and the Executive Vice President at Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels, China.
Brian joined Deliveroo in October 2015 and is leading Deliveroo’s scaling efforts and managing the company’s presence in Hong Kong. Prior to Deliveroo, Brian spent 4 years at McKinsey & Company where he was a core member of the Recovery & Transformation Services (RTS) practice specializing in delivering radical full-scale transformations
He joined Todd Darling for the opening of Wagyu restaurant in 2006, as Sous Chef. Joshua worked his way up the ranks performing Head Chef and General Manager roles throughout the organization. Today Josh is Partner and Food and Beverage Director for Homegrown Foods, which owns Posto Pubblico, Linguini Fini, and Stone Nullah Tavern.
Jonathan has been in Hong Kong for almost 20 years and is a seasoned F&B and marketing professional, having worked in the industry operating restaurants and retail operations since even before moving to Hong Kong. Jonathan is a self-taught butcher and fish monger and was the main inspiration behind The Butchers Club, professing to have brought together “all of the best bits” of his past experiences and putting them into a concept that he and his team thoroughly enjoy operating
